Learn the ancient Indian art of fabric printing with wooden blocks. Elizabeth James of Pacific and Rose will be demonstrating and guiding students in creating their own printed designs using traditional, hand carved blocks from India. Workshop is $75 and includes scarf and tea towel for printing. All materials provided.

Learn the basics of machine quilting and turn those quilt tops into finished quilts! In this technique class Mary Ellen will start with how to layer your quilt, then she will go into ditch quilting, straight line quilting with a walking foot, basic free motion, and echo quilting with a darning foot. You will learn how to follow a stencil and much more. Gain confidence and jump right into quilting those tops! You'll be so glad that you did.
This quilt is perfect for the beginner, and this class is designed just for you. Learn to properly use your rotary cutter to cut strips, make strip sets, and sew with an accurate 1/4” seam allowance. You will learn how to measure for borders and complete a pieced top. Go home with your very own handmade quilt top at the end of class.
